Wedding Videographer at Beverley Minster

Beverley Minster is often described as one of the finest parish churches in England — and it's easy to see why. Gothic architecture on a scale that rivals many cathedrals, stunning stained glass, and a warmth that larger, more formal buildings sometimes lack. For a wedding ceremony, it's magnificent. And as a filmmaker based just across the Humber, it's one of my favourite East Yorkshire venues to work in.

Grandeur with warmth. The Minster has all the architectural splendour of a cathedral — the scale, the detail, the light through stained glass — but it's a parish church at heart. That means it feels welcoming rather than imposing. The Beverley community is part of what makes weddings here special, and that warmth comes through in the atmosphere of the day.

The interior delivers stunning footage. The gothic arches create natural framing, the stained glass produces beautiful coloured light, and the scale means wide shots look genuinely cinematic. The acoustics are excellent for capturing ceremony audio clearly. And Beverley's town centre provides charming backdrops for portraits and walking shots after the ceremony.
