Jacob White Films

Privacy, plainly explained.

This page explains what happens when you browse this website or contact Jacob White Films about wedding videography. I keep the information I collect limited to what is useful for replying to you and running a reliable website.

Information you choose to send

The enquiry form asks for your names, email address, wedding date, venue and message. Phone number and budget are optional. I use those details to understand your plans, check the date, answer your questions and prepare an accurate conversation about a wedding film. I do not sell enquiry details or use them to build an advertising list without a separate, clear reason to do so.

Forms, email and storage

When you submit an enquiry, the website sends it to the private business system used to record and respond to enquiries. Jacob reads and replies to messages himself. Website hosting and operational storage may process the request so it can be kept secure, deduplicated and available for follow-up. I keep contact information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, a booking, accounting, legal obligations or a clear record of our business relationship.

Analytics, cookies and third parties

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand performance and improve the experience. Some marketing pages also load Hotjar and Meta Pixel measurement scripts. These services may use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers under their own policies. The website uses essential technical cookies and browser storage where required for security or navigation. You should review the relevant provider policies if you want more detail about their processing or opt-out choices.

Your choices and contact

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where there is no overriding reason to retain it. You can also ask a question about this notice or object to a particular use of your information. Emailhello@jacobwhitefilms.co.uk and include enough context for me to find the enquiry. For the service itself, the best route is the contact page.
