St Wilfrid's Church provided the most beautiful setting for their vows. There's a weight to a traditional church ceremony — the centuries of history in the walls, the light through stained glass, the echoing acoustics — that adds something you can't replicate in any other setting. Emily's entrance down the aisle was breathtaking, and Jonathan's reaction was everything you'd hope for.

After the ceremony, the wedding party made their way to Saltmarshe Hall, and the shift in atmosphere was wonderful to capture. Where the church was reverent and still, Saltmarshe was alive with celebration. The hall itself is magnificent — a grand Georgian country house set in acres of manicured grounds on the banks of the River Ouse. We took the couple through the gardens and along the riverside for their portraits, finding natural light and quiet moments amid the celebration.
