About This Film
Our second visit to the elegant Colwick Hall Hotel in Nottingham, and Lauran & Aaron's wedding reminded us exactly why we love this venue. The Georgian architecture, the sweeping grounds, and the sense of occasion — it's a setting that photographs and films beautifully from every angle.
This was a photo and video booking, giving us the opportunity to capture both stills and motion throughout the day. The ceremony inside the venue was lovely — intimate and personal, with the grand interior providing a stunning backdrop. Afterwards, we took the couple out for a walk through the grounds, where the lush greenery and mature trees gave us plenty to work with for their couple shots.
The evening brought a real party atmosphere. Glow sticks were handed out and the dance floor lit up with colour as guests celebrated late into the night. It's those little touches — the unexpected additions that couples choose — that make each wedding unique in the edit. A gorgeous day at a gorgeous venue, from the first look to the last dance. 💚✨
