Watch Madeline & Matthew's Wedding Film

A sun-drenched, deeply personal day at the stunning Holmewood Hall for Matt & Maddy. This was a photo and video booking, and the venue delivered on every level — grand architecture, beautiful grounds, and incredible natural light throughout.

The morning started with Maddy and her bridesmaids getting ready at the venue, while the groomsmen took on a slightly unusual role — they were responsible for finishing off the outdoor ceremony area, adding the final touches before getting themselves ready. It's a lovely detail that shows how hands-on this group was. A beautiful bridesmaids reveal was followed by a dad reaction that set the emotional bar high for the rest of the day.

The ceremony itself was held outdoors, which gave us a creative opportunity we don't always get — filming the bride's entrance from above using our drone. Watching Maddy walk towards Matt from that aerial perspective, surrounded by their guests in the sunshine, is one of the most cinematic shots in our 2025 portfolio. Personal vows made the ceremony even more special, giving the film real emotional depth.

Afterwards, Matt, Maddy, and their daughter walked through a shower of confetti hand-in-hand — three of them together, which added such a beautiful family element to the film. With guests enjoying drinks in the sun and a violinist playing, the afternoon had this wonderfully relaxed, golden atmosphere. We took the family for a walk through the grounds for couple and family shots, making the most of the venue's photogenic gardens.

The evening brought one of the most creative moments we filmed all year. Maddy changed into a second dress and the couple shared their first dance in the venue's stairwell area. While they danced below, their guests lined the balcony above and threw confetti down onto them. Watching it drift through the warm evening light, framing the couple as they swayed together — it was pure cinema. The kind of moment that reminds you why you do this. ✨👨‍👩‍👧
